The school is a very conducive place for learning and training actors. The reason I applied for the school in the first place was because of their rich history of success in the film and theatre world. And there is no iota of disappointment as regards what the school actually offers.

I find the teachers here and the overall program to be very wonderful. Professors are encouraging and push each student beyond their confort zones, while at the same time, creating a safe envrionment. The curiculum is also very good. I feel I have learned a lot during my time here so far and will continue to do so. I am learning skills that will greatly benefit me in my life after I graduate.

The American Academy of Dramatic Arts - New York Campus is a great institution overall. The strongest part of the Academy is it’s curriculum and academics. It is a conservatory style program, meaning it is fast-paced and intense in it’s academics. I have found all of my professors at the Academy to be highly skilled and professionally trained actors, who are still involved in the industry currently.
