Professors

Student

Arizona State University provided me with teachers who were highly educated in their fields and very passionate about what they were teaching. From this passion from my teachers, it pushed me into a direction of studying what they were interested in and partaking in projects from friends in South Korea to get some different opinions on certain important historical moments in their countries. It also provided me to be a lot more explorative and connected me with a lot of new and amazing friends!

Student

I loved my professors but the workload was definitely much heavier than high school. However, the professors were very lenient with deadlines and responded to emails in a timely manner. My roommates were in different majors than I am and some of them experienced stricter professors. I think that it really depends on the competitiveness of the program you are in. Overall, I would highly recommend ASU, especially for students looking to study abroad. I am participating in a program that spends the semester in Italy and have also looked at several other similar programs. I love ASU!

ASU really worked with me to get me enrolled in the urban planning program. While I had some outstanding items the enrollment specialist provided me information on what I needed to do. I also have a felony and the ASU student advocate department took the time to read my personal letter and letters of recommendations. They accepted me and I am so grateful for the opportunity I was given. I currently have a 4.0 GPA
