Student reviews

Professors

Current Student

I was a full-time student and full-time athlete at Central Alabama Community College. Professors were very kind and helpful to work with me when I had to miss class due to athletic events. They not only helped me but they supported me in and out of the classroom. The class sizes were a perfect size where you were able to get one on one time with your professor if needed. Even though Central Alabama was a small school, the experience was grand.

Current Student

Im a dual enrollment student at cacc. I go to highschool at benjamin russell high school and ive been dual enrolling since my 11th grade fall quarter. Ive only had one bad teacher at this community college. Im only there mostly in the mornings so ive never lunch experienced lunch there.

Student

I am a student at the Childersburg campus. The support from student services and academics advisors are phenomenal. Whenever having registration issues my advisors were quick to assist me any issues I had. My experience has been well with very caring and supportive professors as well.

Campus and vibes

Student

It is a very nice community college where you can easily learn the information you are taught and quickly get to where you need to go. There are a few things that could improve on such as some of the ceiling tiles are nasty and light posts with shifted glass but besides all that it has a beautiful pond.

Student

The best decision I ever made was attending CACC right out of high school. I later transferred to Auburn University where I felt as if I wasn't learning near as much. After obtaining a BS, I am back at CACC to begin work on another degree after deciding to change careers. CACC is where it is at, GO TROJANS!

Student

I like the professors in a lot of the classes they are very nice and way different from highschool teachers. Definitely just a place to do school and nothing else because there isn’t anything else to do and with covid we can’t go on campus so it makes it a lot less of a place to enjoy. But as a 3rd year student it has its good and bad days

It is great school that is cheap compared to a 4-year. The teachers and classes are helpful and makes it easy to make good grades in school.
