Student reviews

Professors

Student

I passed the NCLEX on the first try three weeks after graduating from Chamberlain. The professors want you to succeed, and all my clinical instructors were fabulous. 10/10 recommend (besides tuition cost).

Student

This is the most expensive nursing program in the state of Texas, with a tuition cost of approximately $90,000. Everyone who goes here ends up failing the NCLEX! The school was put on probation. This school thinks nursing is a joke so the teachers make you do edapt to teach yourself and NEVER teach in class.

Student

I decided to further my education in Nursing after more than 20 years. I am a wife and mother. I work full time, and I am active in my church. Chamberlain University's online platform has prepared me for success.

Campus and vibes

Student

What I like about my school? The diversity. It’s full of students with different backgrounds and cultures as well as teachers, making every class more interesting. I also like the fact that is not a big campus so it’s easy to navigate through it. Additionally it has a great school-life balance, which allows students to schedule their life accordingly. Overall, it’s a great school that I would recommend to everyone who’s interested in an accelerated 3year program.

Student

I love Chamberlain University because they take care of the students, they are extremely organized, they support and help students with the learning process, and It’s an institutes I can trust. Chamberlain is the best option if you want to continue developing your knowledge.

Cost and value

Current Student

As a former BSN graduate in 2010 who returned to Chamberlain in 2022 to pursue an MSN degree, I believe this institution has lost its focus on its foundation of Deaconess nurse training and education.Chamberlain’s primary focus seems to be financial gain.

Student

When you try to reach out for help, you get nothing — it feels like they want to see you fail. The tuition is absurd for the quality of education you receive. You're paying a premium for a subpar experience, with little to no regard for your individual needs. I honestly feel like this school is a money-making machine disguised as an educational institution. If you're looking for a supportive environment that truly cares about its students, look elsewhere.I regret ever enrolling here.

Student

At first I was so happy to start! As a single mom working full time and trying to become a nurse with there flexible schedule but it has become so hard! With tuition increasing twice in the same year! so many changes from edapts not being core anymore and professors don’t know what’s on the exam!! And scholarships umm yeah okay!! No help!
