You will always be pushed to the best of your ability by the level of musicians you are surrounded by, whether it be your classmates, or your teachers. However, you have to want the greatness within yourself. Curtis will not give you a career. Those days of classical music are over. But the Curtis community is still a very special and loving community that I am happy to be apart of, even now as an employed alum.
