Professors

I am a dual enrollment student at GCC. I was able to be part of a program where I started attending classes in seventh grade. I will be graduating with my Associates' the year I graduate high school. I did 2.5 years of in-person classes through that program and now take courses online or at my high school.

They have fabulous here. The nursing program is amazing with a really well done LPN->RN bridge program and really functional hybrid program style that allows you to maintain balance. There are regular highly accesible job fairs, as well as advancement opportunities with service and honors society involvement.

Current Student

Classes were great for 1v1 with professors and the online classes were well structured. If you're unsure if you want to go to a 4-year university right off the bat, or if you're trying to have a fresh start, Genesee Community College is a great place to look at. I just got accepted into a university with nice scholarships, and I don't think that would have been possible without going here.

Campus and vibes

Current Student

I am about to graduate with my associates in Business Administration, and I have to say it was very rewarding going to GCC. I had the great opportunity of making new friends, there's diversity in race, age, cultures, etc. The student forum is cozy and the library is beautiful.
