Professors

Freshman

My time at Hondros College of Nursing was mostly delightful. I gained so much from the hands-on learning experiences, and the instructors were unfailingly supportive and impressive in their command of the material. One pretty big area for improvement—maybe better organization of the course schedules. Some weeks just felt too packed with assignments and exams. But the program definitely instilled in me the necessary competencies to hit the ground running in my nursing career, and I appreciated the college's emphasis on practical, real-life training.

Freshman

My experience at Hondros so far has been good. I have just completed my last College-099 class today. It provides some great insight of what to expect at the college, throughout the curriculum, and some good study tips. I really appreciate this beginner course. It helped to calm some of my nerves, get into the groove of school, and answer some questions before classes officially begin. I cannot think if anything that should be changed so far. I am excited to start my semester, graduate, and become an LPN!!

Student

You can have the percentage of passing all semester if you don't have the points, you receive a F. Only the exams, final is used to calculate for a grade in nursing classes, no homework. No extra credit assignment if you need 1-5 points to pass the class.

Junior

I like how flexible the hours are. They have day, Evening, and Online classes! You can go to school based around your schedule. Everyone is helpful, polite, and the professors are easy to talk to. In lab and clinical, I wish it was more hands on for the LPNs. But other than that, getting my education at Hondros is something I would do again! I will go back for my RN.

Student

Term one professors for the PN program are great! The academics are very fasted paced, as this school provides accelerated nursing programs. Terms are 11 weeks long, with 2 weeks off. The PN program has 4 terms. It really flies by, and has been a pleasant experience so far.
