Student reviews

Campus and vibes

Current Student

The professors I've had have all been excellent, with the exception of one. The school is very understanding and supportive of mental health, offering free counseling services for students as well as peer groups you can attend. I do wish there were more active groups on campus that hosted a variety of events and I do feel that in some areas, the school caters more to athletic, Christian students, which I feel isn't fair toward students of other demographics who wish to be more active on campus.

Current Student

Indiana University Southeast is an opportunity that can connect others with campus activities, social groups, strong academic educational programs, and many other campus life experiences. Personally, the small campus of IUS makes me feel welcomed, heard, and more adaptive. I love everything about this campus and don't wish to see any changes.

Current Student

Indiana university southeast has such a welcoming community. IUS cares about their students, faculty and staff. There’s many opportunities for students to succeed. The only thing I’d love to see change, is more diversity in our school, maybe that’s just promoting clubs more and have some type of funding for those culture clubs, if anything just providing more support.

The community here is amazing and so in touch with each other. There are events every single week for the students to socialize.

Current Student

I transferred to IUS in the fall of 2021 and I am in love. It is so much better than my other college experience. They are accommodating, friendly, social, and focus on the students. I have loved all of my professors and the students are so nice and cool. The dorms there are so nice and the atmosphere literally fosters friendship.
