Ivy Tech Community College has been an excellent choice for my education. The diverse programs, especially in Design Technology , are well-taught by caring instructors with real-world experience. Hands-on learning and internship opportunities helped me apply my knowledge in practical settings. The campus community is welcoming, with plenty of clubs and events to get involved in.

Student

Ivy Tech Community College is the best!! Not only do they offer in person classes they also offer zoom, online, and hybrid. Online or zoom is the type I prefer which is great way to save money on gas expenses. Not only is the classroom experience great so is the preparation for transferring to a four year college or university.

Student

My tip for school is to figure out what you want to do. Research all you can and find out everything you need to know for what you plan on going for. Be sure of what you want then go for it. Work hard and give it the best you've got. Don,t give up over struggle for struggle is what leads to new growth.:)

Campus and vibes

Sophomore

It is very welcoming and there are so many events to attend. Most organized by students so you get a welcoming and understanding point of view. It is a community college with 8 week courses so it is pretty fast paced, which makes it a lot easier having such a nice community within the college. I also like how understanding and realistic it is since it is mostly 8 week courses it is a lot more work but it is also a lot easier and faster to finish.

Student

I appreciate how varied my campus is. When you come to campus, you'll get to meet a variety of people from all backgrounds, and it's also a great chance for me to make new friends and learn about their cultures. Also, the teachers are fantastic; my professors this year are among the best; they always ask if I understand before leaving the class, and they are always available after class to answer questions and learn more about the subject.

Student

In fact, students are able to get involved in college activities, ask questions, and be reformed/socialized. Furthermore, Ivy tech community college allows students to be enrolled in the TSAP program. Hence, they can transfer to a four year college if they wish. But about all, Ivy tech community college is a great institution.
