Professors

Sophomore

I am very happy with my decision to attend LIM College. When applying to this school I wasn't really sure what to expect but so far I have been really impressed. All of the professors either currently work or have worked in the fashion industry and have a wealth of knowledge to share with the students. The internships are incredible, in only my second year of college I was able to assist in opening the flagship store of Victoria's Secret on Fifth Avenue. Would highly recommend this college to anyone who has a passion for the business side of fashion.

Student

I am receiving a great education at LIM College. Teachers are experts in their Fashion field and currently work in the Fashion industry. I would like to see some changes to make my college experience more memorable. I feel that the school should offer campus and student activities to encourage connection and community. LIM College is not your traditional on campus college experience since living in student living off campus. I really like the location of the main campus in Midtown Manhattan, New York and my professors guidance.

Student

I visited New York one day & fell in love. I quickly began getting fueled for the idea to go back to school. Transfering my credits from community college to LIM College was extremely easy because the school counselors & administrators were very helpful. Taking online classes while living in California due to the pandemic making it costly to live in New York, was actually a breeze! I enjoyed meeting my classmates online & learning in the field I have always wanted to be in. I am close to finishing my Bachelor's degree & I am so happy I chose LIM COLLEGE.

Campus and vibes

Student

LIM College is an overall great school. They have so many clubs to join and I feel like it’s so easy to make friends. The campus is in Midtown NYC, which for me isn’t my favorite neighborhood to be in. But, there are so many things around the campus (food, clothing stores, etc).

Student

The school is always holding small events, and you can get tons of free stuff from their sustainability club giveaways. I haven’t had any bad experiences with professors yet and the classes are fairly easy if you attend class and do the work. There are so many different ways to get involved with the school! Inside each building is well decorated and clean.

Student

There is no meal plan so I can’t really rate the food. Housing wasn’t my favorite and most people only stay in dorms their freshman year, then get apartments in the city (like I did). Overall, I really do like LIM College and they are definitely helpful if you need anything.
