There are so many things I love about this campus! The professors and coaches genuinely care, all of the students are friendly, and I enjoy what I'm learning and can definitely apply it to my future career. One thing I especially like about Marietta College is the McDonough Leadership Program. I am learning different leadership styles in class, and then I am able to apply it to real service opportunities out in the community. These rich discussions, hands-on experiences, and team collaboration has really helped me grow as a leader.

Marietta College, I'd say it’s been a positive one. The college is known for its tight-knit, community-oriented atmosphere, which I’ve really appreciated. The smaller class sizes have made it easy to build personal relationships with professors and get more individualized attention.

The small campus and class sizes make it easy to build connections with professors and classmates, and the community here feels close-knit and welcoming. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved, whether it’s through clubs, Greek life, or athletics. The programs are strong—especially in education, leadership, and petroleum engineering—but the liberal arts foundation adds a nice balance to your education.

About Marietta College

Marietta College provides a safe campus environment with 24/7 emergency response devices and patrols. Dormitory entrances are electronically operated, and there is a 24/7 security patrol available. The Dr. J. Michael Harding Center for Health and Wellness offers health services, counseling, and sexual assault prevention resources.

Marietta College offers an Honors Program for students with high scholastic ability and intellectual curiosity.
