Student reviews

Professors

Student

MCCC offers a wide range of diverse degree programs—both transfer programs designed to prepare students for four-year institutions (with many transfer agreements) and career programs for immediate employment. I find the curriculum strong and the education quality to be an excellent value for the cost. I find the organization and administrative processes, particularly regarding online resources, registration, and financial aid, to be confusing, slow, or outdated.

Student

At MCCC, it's a school filled with many different kinds of people with similar future paths. I have met a few great people there and the campus is beautifully open for others to study in different ways. There are many resources to help better your academic experience. I was lucky to have a great academic advisor so you can expect to find so much help and advice there.

Campus and vibes

Student

The main lesson from Mercer county community college is that you get what you put into it. I was active in clubs and after school activities and had a blast. Those who are active within the student life all are at least familiar with each other and creates a great sense of community.

Student

Most professors are nice and helpful when you have questions about school work or personal projects. Workload and easiness depends on major and class, but most are bearable. There is an event almost everyday on campus and making friends is easy. My only complaints would be issues with a small number of staff and security, while friendly, can be ineffective.
