Campus and vibes

Freshman

I loved every thing about the school. The classes. The people who are there. The teachers are so nice. The band is nice. The food is good. The dorms are comfortable.

Sophomore

My experience at Miles College was a positive one. I had the opportunity to meet new people, try new things, and experience different cultures. While I enjoyed my time there, I believe improvements could be made in certain areas, such as the quality of food, student housing, and expanding transportation options for students.

Junior

Miles College has honestly been a big part of my growth. I’ve met some amazing people, had professors who really pushed me, and I’ve learned a lot—not just in class, but about myself too. It’s a school that’s full of culture and pride, and being part of an HBCU means something to me. The environment here teaches you how to stand on business and carry yourself with confidence.

Junior

One thing I really like is how much support there is if you’re willing to go after it. People will help you, but you also gotta help yourself. I’d like to see a few things improve though, like better communication from staff and more resources for students outside of class, like career prep and updated buildings.

Junior

But overall, I’m proud to go here. Miles gave me space to grow, speak up, and prepare for what’s next. And that’s something I’ll always be thankful for.

Student

Stay focused , stay positive and enjoy yourself. If you are having any problems please go to your counselor they are very helpful and will help you to your best ability.

Freshman

Come here with an open mind. Be very aware of your surroundings and the people whom you meet socially. Take advantage of each opportunity.
