Professors

Student

I really enjoy my online education through Northeast Iowa Community College. The professors are kind, supportive, and always check in to make sure we’re doing our best. They’re quick to offer help if we’re struggling, which makes learning online feel personal and encouraging. When I visit campus, I love eating in the cafeteria and seeing all the fun activities planned for students. The athletic department is also growing and achieving great things. I would highly recommend NICC to my friends and family!

Student

NICC online classes are great! The professors were nice and helped me whenever I reached out to them. I love that the website is easy to access and user-friendly. The campus is amount 30 minutes away from where I live, so that is a plus! The only thing I dislike about NICC is the amount of scholarships offered through NICC. I feel that other community colleges offer more scholarships. As a DACA recipient, it's always nice to see colleges that offer that extra financial support since DACA recipients do not qualify for financial aid.

At this college, they are always willing to give a helping hand. If you need mental help, financial help, tutoring or housing N.I.C.C can assist. The professors here are very friendly and available to assist, with any questions or even if you need someone to talk to they are there. I have been at this school for two semesters and i have no regrets.
