Northeast State Community College publishes an Annual Security Report and crime statistics in accordance with Tennessee’s College and University Security Information Act and the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Statistics Act. The Campus Police can be contacted for questions regarding security or crime statistics. The Campus Police is located in the General Studies Building, or by stopping at the Welcome Center on the Blountville campus.
The Northeast State Honors Program offers qualified students opportunities for academic growth and leadership experience through challenging curricular and co-curricular programs. The program prepares students for entering similar honors programs at other colleges or universities and enhances opportunities for transfer scholarships and employment. Students completing 18 hours of Honors coursework with a GPA of 3.25 or higher receive recognition and honors designation on their diploma.
