My experience as a Roosevelt University student has been great so far, the teachers and faculty are always ready to help. It's a pretty diverse school, with lots of international students from different countries;even I , myself am an international student. Roosevelt University is in downtown, which is amazing and gives students a great opportunity to explore the city in many different ways, and Roosevelt University gives every student enrolled into the school a U-pass which grants students unlimited train and bus rides, which makes transportation so much easier.

Start ASAP. They keep on changing the amount of aid I'm supposed to receive and finals are in two weeks. Major pain in the behind. Before i applied i spoke to the FAO to make sure I would be classified as independent, BEFORE i applied. They said yes. After i accepted admissions, finished all the paperwork needed they said that I was not classified independent, not I have a huge financial burden. To be frank I probably wouldn't of gone here if I had know that would of happened.

It Was Ok – I got enough financial aid, but it wasn't made clear that I could apply for a scholarship before I was accepted to the college. As a result, I was a little late sending in my application and didn't receive as much money as I might have otherwise.
