Professors

Senior

my experience in St.joseph's has been very calm in regards to the environment in which the campus is in as well as the attitude of the students. Although it can be challenging at times academically for good reason being that we are challenged in ways that we are continuously learning and forced to become better versions of ourselves. As a nursing student I have to know how to apply my critical thinking and use it in ways that I know w=would help better the patient as well as identify the issue at hand they are facing. And so when those challenges are brought to my attention although it can be difficult to navigate through I know at the end of the day my professors are simply trying to make me better in order to become the best nurse I can be. Professors also never fail to make sure to give us their time and patience when it comes to learning the material and overall making sure we understand the concepts. As well as providing us with resources or recommending us to individuals who help.

Alumni

As an adult student and full-time mom of multiple kids, returning to school after a long hiatus filled me with anxiety. I was worried about managing the work and was incredibly nervous about enrolling in a fully online program. St. Joe’s was excellent. The professors were outstanding, and the coursework was engaging. I finished with a 3.94 and acceptance into two honor societies. I completed my master’s degree with a 4.0, so it's safe to say that I was more than prepared.
