Professors

Senior

SUNY Delhi is very hands-on. The students are always there to support you. As part of the Construction Management program, our professors and fellow students all make you feel comforted and encouraged to go through the work that's required. It's easy to make friends and find fun things to do outside of studying. The students are kind for the most part, making them easy to be friendly with. You can quickly become a part of several clubs, from Christian clubs and dance clubs to fraternities and sororities.

Campus and vibes

College Sophomore

As a current enrolled student at the State University of New York at Delhi, it is a privilege to be part of the Delhi community. My experiences at SUNY Delhi has given me the opportunity to learn new things and communicate efficiently with others. I have learned to use critical thinking skills during a problem solving situation, how to make decisions that will lead to becoming a better person with intellectual experiences that can be beneficial for the next following years. I've seen the caring and compassionate teachers speak to students about their academic performance with ease, while working on strategies for the alumni's success. If I was able to start from the beginning in which I graduated from High School to when I received a letter from admissions office stating that I was accepted to their institution, I would gladly accept it. SUNY Delhi has proven to be one of the most community oriented universities that care for the safety and care of their student life, and that is the type of university I am assisting now.

Alum

My undergraduate experience was one to remember. I participated in many school activities and club. I also held a position on Greek council, which allowed me to connect with many students on different levels.

Junior

Delhi has an extremely small student body, which creates an environment with small class sizes. This allows for students to get a more intimate educational experience, and assists in building relationships with faculty, peers, and anyone else who contributes to the SUNY Delhi culture. One thing I would like to see change in Delhi is more student involvement in athletics and larger student sections. Athletics is often looked down on by professors, and is disregarded and dismissed. I would love for there to be more support from students/teachers who aren't involved in the athletics department as players or faculty.

Student

SUNY Delhi was one of the best choices I’ve made in my adolescence from great teachers, lifelong friends, meeting new people, trying new things, and the area. Growing up in the city I felt like I had to remind myself I was still in NY there is always something to do believe it or not and various amounts of clubs, Greek life social functions, and other things to keep you occupied.
