Most of my teachers were wonderful teachers, and the grading system was top-notch. Since we are a border community, there is a lot of diversity there, and I appreciate seeing the presence of Hispanic groups and kids. Sports are phenomenal, the football games get intense.

Student

This is a great school, and I have had, and am still having, a very positive experience. I believe it offers much more than a community college experience, especially in terms of academic challenge, which is what I expected from a university. That said, I think some professors could benefit from showing more passion and enthusiasm, as a few seem to teach simply to get through the material.
