I'm currently a high school student enrolled in University of Texas Rio Grande Valley's 2-year Mathematics and Science Academy, in which students get to take courses within the actual university. It's no surprise I've loved my experience, as UTRGV provides a welcoming atmosphere with a myriad of academic opportunities for all sorts of niches. I'd like to see just how their extracurriculars continue to diversify and create an even greater sense of community.

Although I was at UTRGV for a short time, my overall experience was great! The professors were always very helpful and understanding. I also made a lot of great connections with my peers when I was there. Some will most likely be lifelong friends. I would definitely recommend this college to anyone that is willing to go there.
