University of Guam is the only 4-year university on the island. I was part of the Natural and Applied Science Department. They had professors who were passionate about sharing their knowledge and experiences to students. However, there should be more effort put into guiding students into selecting a good plan for managing their major and general education classes.

As someone who grew up on Guam, UOG was definitely a place I looked forward to attending. The beautiful views of Pago Bay and enriching culture is much needed in a place that can get quite stressful. Guam is a place of family and it is nice to know that most students have that here. For those who travel to Guam from around the Pacific, students and faculty make it as warm and welcoming for them. Though, I would like to see more activities and organizations. I believe this would be great for students.
