About University of Rochester

Rochester University prioritizes campus safety with continuous patrols by security personnel and a campus-wide camera system. Residence halls are locked 24/7, accessible only with university ID cards. The university also has emergency notification systems and procedures in place, including building evacuations and designated assembly points.

The College recognizes outstanding achievement with degrees awarded cum laude, magna cum laude, and summa cum laude.
