Campus and vibes

Alumni

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee last spring and had a really positive experience overall. I appreciated the diversity on campus—students came from many different backgrounds, which made classes more engaging and open-minded. My professors were supportive and passionate about their subjects, specifically in the Sociology and Geography departments.

Current Student

My experience at UWM has been so impactful not only educationally but as well in a community sense. When you get involved at UWM, you find your people and it makes such a difference. Having a sense of community helps you get the support you need as a student but also provides you with connections that last ages.

Student

Great school, great faculty, but not *enough* faculty, at least in PSOA Music field. On-campus housing and food are NOT WORTH IT! You would save money if you just rented an apartment nearby. The dorms are dead too.
