While there are many courses you would need to take per semester such as technique courses, method courses, ensembles, etc., you learn so much to help you become a well prepared educator. Many of the techniques I learned from various instructors on various instruments, I've learned to tweak it around to apply it into my own teaching style. This is a very small school so everybody knows everybody, and you will 100% see the same professors every year, no matter what course you would be taking.
