Professors

Its a pretty decent 2yr college with a very strong relationship with the local university, Western Washington University. One of my favorite aspects of that relationship is guaranteed admission to WWU with a transfer degree and satisfactory GPA - making the baccalaureate step of my education journey very accessible.

Campus and vibes

Current Student

Whatcom Community College has an exceptional and diverse outlet of professors, students and clubs that I have deeply felt in the 5 years I have been here, I have been part of a club here at Whatcom called Campus Christian Fellowship (CCF) which I am grateful for the time I have gotten to be here at Whatcom as I will be graduating in June and starting a new chapter in my life moving on to Central Washington University in Ellensburg,. Overall I have had an amazing time here and ready for the next chapter.

Current Student

I live 15 minutes away from the college, so it was a really obvious choice for me to study at. Most of the students live around town, and a lot of them are high school students taking running start/dual enrollment credits. It is really easy to enroll in a couple classes on short notice, too.

Current Student

I liked the community. I liked the facilities, the gym and library were places I spent a lot of my time. The campus is small but very well designed. The old and few buildings meshed well with one another and there was a solid focus on native american art and history within the community.

Student

I really like Whatcom Community College. I love the area, the class, the resources. I love that you can get help for almost anything. Every one is so nice and friendly. The staff are so nice and supportive.
