Attending Asbury University was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. As a Bible/Theology major, I not only received a solid academic foundation in Scripture and theology, but I also experienced deep spiritual growth that continues to shape my life today. The professors at Asbury are truly exceptional. Their passion for God's Word is evident in every lecture, and their lives reflect the truth they teach.

Student

What stood out most to me was how genuinely they cared about their students. They were approachable, encouraging, and always willing to invest time outside of class to mentor and guide us personally. Asbury fosters a Christ-centered community that challenges you to grow both intellectually and spiritually.

Asbury University has been a genuinely pleasant and life-changing experience for me overall. The Asbury community has truly made me feel accepted and welcomed as a foreign student from Uganda. The friendliness of the professors, faculty, and students has greatly eased my adjustment to life in the United States. I've been able to make deep friendships and discover a nurturing atmosphere where my academic endeavors and faith can coexist.

For any students who are seriously considering Asbury, Welcome Week can be overwhelming, but it is so important to include yourself in a friend group because the people you meet in the first week end up becoming your best friends.

Student

There are several opportunities to join clubs and outreach programs on campus! It will help to be involved, but don't be overwhelmed! I would also make sure you know all the rules of attending Asbury. I can remember being a freshman and being overwhelmed along with frustrated with all the new rules I was not aware of.
