Student reviews

Professors

Current Student

Through my two years at Broward College, I have had a significantly positive experience. I have realized that most professors care deeply about their students and are truly invested in their success, academically and personally. The students at Broward College are typically kind and collaborative, specifically when working on group projects or tutoring.

Current Student

I have been a student at Broward College for a year a half, and everything has been to my liking and advantage. They offer many forms assistance for students ,which comes in handy when you need a little more of a break down of certain materials or even practice. They also provide lab resources for science department students and so much more.

Campus and vibes

Student

My experience at Broward College has been largely positive. I’ve found the college to be very open and welcoming, with a diverse range of classes that are engaging and well-taught by knowledgeable professors. The campus offers various activities and resources that enrich the academic experience.

Current Student

My current experience, being previously enrolled prior to life events causing me to re-enroll a few years later, has been great so far. The staff have not only assisted with personal problems consisting of financial aid, but have also pushed for many other student services such as counseling and peer-reviewing. The professors are amiable, open and desire for students to succeed with passionate teaching.

Student

It's best to register for classes as soon as possible because classes full up very fast. Try and speak with an advisor to help you with your classes, a good one is Maynel Little, she can help with almost anything you need.

Student

Tip: Know yourself. Broward College has the most flexible schedule in the world, in my opinion. They have the same classes at all different times (morning, afternoon or evening), 5 days a week, online or on campus. It just can't get any better.

Cost and value

Student

Broward College is a very affordable school, every class is about $250 and it's completing worth it. The teachers are very respectful, somewhat easy, and don't over load you with work. Recently Broward College has become a 4-year college and offers more majors, specify for educational majors.

Student

i thought i was going to have to get a job to pay for my classes and books. but financial aid was very helpful in helping me succeed this difficult task. it doesnt cost much to come to broward college.
