Alumni

As a former BSN graduate in 2010 who returned to Chamberlain in 2022 to pursue an MSN degree, I believe this institution has lost its focus on its foundation of Deaconess nurse training and education.Chamberlain’s primary focus seems to be financial gain. The application process promises things like “preceptor pledge” and accelerated graduation, but these are often not fulfilled.

The school’s lack of consideration for students and their success becomes increasingly evident as one progress towards clinical. It’s an expensive program do your research before signing up with chamberlain.it’s almost 2026 and i’m still trying to start my first clinical rotation, and the school still doesn’t care, they have made most of

It’s incredibly frustrating to see how little support is given to students who are struggling, especially when you’re paying such an exorbitant amount for an education that isn’t worth it.The instructors are terrible. Many of them seem completely uninvested in the success of their students. Some lack basic teaching skills, and it’s obvious they’re just going through the motions.

Alumni

This is the most expensive nursing program in the state of Texas, with a tuition cost of approximately $90,000. Everyone who goes here ends up failing the NCLEX! The school was put on probation. This school thinks nursing is a joke so the teachers make you do edapt to teach yourself and NEVER teach in class. They said ATI was too expensive so they kept changing our course work. Instead of going back to ati like all nursing school they started punishing students for failing nclex. The staff operates out of fear and gaslighting.

Alumni

Chamberlain University provided me with an increase knowledge and understanding in my 29 year nursing career. The staff are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. The courses enabled me to continue to work full time while being a wife and mother.

Alumni

I decided to further my education in Nursing after more than 20 years. I am a wife and mother. I work full time, and I am active in my church. Chamberlain University's online platform has prepared me for success. The admission process was painless, and the faculty is very accommodating and professional. I'm glad I chose this school.

Campus and vibes

Current Student

Chamberlain is amazing at helping students with anything and everything. They helped me through the enrollment process every step of the way. Every question I had they didn’t hesitate to answer in a timely manner. Each student is provided with information to an enrollment and academic representative. Along with resources for financial aid. They are extremely helpful and so positive. They want their students to succeed.

Current Student

However, I have encountered some concerns while attending Chamberlain, particularly regarding the lack of communication between students and the institution. Issues related to attendance, assignments, student support, and clinical placements need to be addressed to enhance student success.

Alumni

There is no wait list for a reason honey, please do not consider this school. I will be Graduating in September and I regret my decision to go to this school. I am also in 100k of debt and struggling to work with their schedule as they could not deliver nights and weekends as promised. They have Huge administrative issues and unobtainable guidelines, people are failing out of the program within their last year.

Cost and value

Current Student

Chamberlain University’s tuition is more expensive compared to other colleges that offer an accelerated BSN Nursing program. Each course costs approximately $2,250 per semester. I live in Missouri, where the average tuition for a four-year BSN nursing program ranges between $70,000 and $90,000. One advantage of Chamberlain is that they offer year-round schooling and 8-week sessions (for reference, traditional semesters are 16 weeks). This can be beneficial for working adults who prefer a fast-paced program.
