Student reviews

Professors

Student

extremely friendly professors. Most of the teacher/staff really would like to guide you and ensure your success, whatever that may look like, individually. The counselors and advisors, on the other hand, aren't always so helpful, which can be said for many colleges.

Campus and vibes

Student

CCP is a place of acceptance, diversity, and love. Here, students of every age are given a second chance at life, at a career they never had the chance to pursue, or, for those like myself struggling with finances, the ability to attend college at a steeply discounted price.

Student

CCP then helps students earn an associate’s degree, connects them with jobs, and, for most, move on to higher education at a four-year school. Overall, through the ups and downs, I will always look back on CCP with fondness for the teachers, students, friends, and unforgettable moments I had on this educational journey.

Student

My overall experience at the Community College of Philadelphia has been incredibly rewarding. The college provided a supportive and inclusive environment where I was able to grow both academically and personally. The faculty were knowledgeable and genuinely invested in student success, always willing to help and provide guidance.

Student

I appreciated the diverse student body, which created a welcoming atmosphere and allowed for meaningful classroom discussions. CCP also offered a range of resources — from tutoring to career services — that helped me stay on track and feel prepared for the next steps in my journey. Overall, it was a strong foundation for my academic and professional goals.

Student

CCP would benefit from more funding; however, as a community college, it provides many resources for students, and they provides an excellent community.
