Student reviews

Campus and vibes

Current Student

The instructors are great, you learn a lot from culinary history, culinary math, knife skills, to emulsions, meat fabrication, plate presentations. The campus is great. You always are fed. Housing isn't the best as it's not an actual campus with dorms. The will set you up with student housing but it's very hard to still find housing that's in your budget with them.
