Student reviews

Professors

Student

I love the professors that I had throughout my first and last semester. There's a great program for first generation students and there even first generation mentors that are at the school to help navigate throughout the first year of college! The campus is pretty small but great to work around with as well.

Campus and vibes

Student

Overall, I have enjoyed my time at Linfield. The work study opportunity that I was given has been greatly helpful in trying to earn money to offset my tuition costs. One issue I find with the school is the high prices of living in a dorm and meal plans.

Student

The transition to college was a big one for me as I was moving to a different state without my support system of family and friends at home, but I was surprised by how easy it was to find my place at Linfield. Even before I was on the actual campus I had people reaching out to make sure that I knew how to register for classes and complete required forms, and I continued to feel supported by many staff and other students throughout my first year.

Student

While a small university might not be for everyone, it was definitely the right fit for me. The sense of community made it easy to meet people and I had great experiences with getting the help I needed from professors- even professors I didn't have class with. I was also impressed by how many opportunities are available to me- I've already had internship offers, had no problem getting multiple jobs on campus, am involved in some clubs, and manage to have a lot of fun and a social life while taking the maximum amount of credits.

Student

Lindfield College, where closed minds meet closed doors. Avoid at all costs. If you're seeking an environment where diversity thrives, open-mindedness is encouraged, and social scenes are vibrant, Lindfield is not the place for you.

Student

There are so many things to do at Linfield. The school has a strong athletics program, as well as a strong involvement in the arts. Theatre students are always winning awards at their regional competition. While there is only one dining hall, Starbucks is also on campus and the baristas there are fantastic.
