Student reviews

Professors

Student

I have found Northwestern Health Science University to be very helpful in assisting me with the process of getting in to dental school. They tell you all the prerequisites required for their program as well as the classes that should be taken to make a more competitive application. All the staff I have met have been super kind and helpful.

Student

I enjoy the chiropractic program at NWHSU because it provides a strong foundation in evidence-based care while allowing me to develop hands-on skills that will directly impact patients’ lives. The supportive faculty, comprehensive curriculum, and emphasis on whole-person wellness have deepened my passion for chiropractic care. I’m excited to take what I’ve learned and apply it in the field, helping people improve their health, prevent pain, and achieve a better quality of life.

Student

I absolutely love this school and wish I would’ve went here right out of high school! All professors are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The school in total is very flexible and accommodates students that also work, have a family to care for, or any other responsibilities. Classes are offered at convenient times and if you can’t make it to class the professors record their lectures for the most part, and allow you to watch it from home at a time that fits your schedule. Highly recommend!

Student

The staff here have been nothing short of amazing. The instructors work with you and care that you succeed. Office hours are plenty and there are many research opportunities. The cost is reasonable and the school is regionally accredited.

Student

There is an honor code that is not enforced. Fellow students are reluctant to report incidences of cheating.

Campus and vibes

Student

I really love the small college exprience, less students mean that we learn better as professors have more one on time with students, making sure we learn as best as we can. The professors are really helpful and the students are very kind and the overall atmosphere is friendly at Northwestern health sciences university.

Student

I’m starting in winter of 2025 from what I can see it’s a safe campus with great people. my advisor and financial aid advisor are very helpful people.

Student

Currently i am a student here and I love the atmosphere. Class sizes are generally small so that there is more one on one time with a professor and you get to know who is in your class fairly well.

Student

Everything about it is awesome! There are no dorms though but they do show you places in the are where you can live with fellow students. In general it's just awesome!

Cost and value

Student

The financial aid office is completely incompetent. Enjoy paying huge loans back for a very sub standard education in a run down middle school. They wonder why alumni donations are rapidly decreasing--how you treat current and former students says a lot.
