Pinellas Technical College-Clearwater

The first 2 semesters of the LPN program called foundation one and foundation two were a huge waste of time. But medical surgical one and medical surgical two were great - mainly because the instructor knew what she was doing and prepared us to be nurses on the floor. I've never had to work so hard to get good grades, but it was worth it.

The barbering program at ptech is wonderful. Mr.Charles is very informative and cares about his students. He has a 100 percent pass rate. The guidance team is so supportive and willing to make accommodations if needed. This is a secondary school sometimes they are way too strict treating adults like k-12. The school is getting incredibly expensive it’s no longer an affordable alternative to traditional college.

I am a student at PTC, the students and teachers are absolutely wonderful thy love working with you and will do anything to help you learn and to understand your class, you can truly be secular in your class, and can benefit from classes outside of school, such as getting your hair done at the cosmetology biding. the staff over all is grate. but it dose take a bit from Fasa that thy make you go there witch is a total pain.

The chef instrucors are great here although I had a little conflict of interest with one of them the additional 3 instructors were very open minded and willing to help with open arms. Made me feel that I was capable of doing it all and sence of hope and the study groups helps significantly

This has been a great 1st step in going back to school and furthering my education. The entire school is supportive of the students and make every effort to help us be successful. The programs are designed to teach relevant skills for the area of interest and provide industry certifications so that working in the field (of choice) is achievable in a reasonable amount of time. Articulation agreements w SPC and USF offer the opportunity for students looking to further their education seamless. It's been a great experience here so far.

Outstanding instructors!! Pinellas Technical College always delivers the best programs and the best Certifications. I'm working full time, in a job I really enjoy. I mean, I wanted to be in Digital Design since I graduated High School. I'm cool now. Bought a new car. Got my own apartment. Out of my moms house. What a relief. The main thing is I graduated without all of the debt. I'm working now!
