Student reviews

Professors

Student

I enjoyed the overall academic experience. It was nice to have a personal relationship with the professors and be able to ask questions whenever I needed to.

Senior

The education department is fairly well rounded and provides many disciplines to choose from like aviation and a good selection of arts. I have enjoyed most if not all of my teachers in all of my subjects and have only had one or two who were temporary problems. If you are not living on campus you might be hard pressed to find a cheap and nearby apartment.

Student

I completed my bachelors degree at RMC and I absolutely loved it. It was a small campus so professors knew who you were and you were not just a number like on larger campuses. They truly cared about my education and they had open door policies so asking for extra help was no hassle at all.

Student

Rocky is a great school for a biology degree. It is challenging, but provided me with useful knowledge. There is a small teacher to student ratio and the biology staff are great.

Campus and vibes

Student

I have been accepted for the Spring 2025 semester, and so far my experience has been amazing! The student tour was very informative and all of the people I met were incredibly friendly! The counselors I met were very helpful and gave me lots of information.

Current Student

I am still very new to Rocky Mountain College, but so far it is a great experience. My hometown is pretty close to Billings, so I am very familiar with the town. Many of my classmates were in a hurry to go to college out of state, but I have always loved living here.

Freshman

After transferring from another college I did ofcourse have to adjust to everything being new again and meeting plenty of new people was a small challenge with the general college atmosphere having been changed slightly by covid. I would say Rocky has changed just about as much as any other college socially and you might have to try a little harder to make friends and meet people but I would not say that Rocky was more challenging than my last college.
