Getting into the program was super easy. I was swept right in! The most important criteria for admission is artistic ability--but even in that area, RMCAD looks at potential more than present skill. The application process is very normal. Just make sure you get a tour before applying! It is highly placating.

More Difficult to Get Into the School Than Any of the Programs – Getting enrolled in the school involves an interview, which I found to be the hardest part. After that, each major requires either a strong portfolio or an essay detailing why you want to declare that major and so on. I declared my major from the start, but it's possible to enroll in the school and then declare later, I believe.

Campus and vibes

Senior

From applying to starting my last term at RMCAD online I have felt more seen, understood, and guided through every experience and course. Making the decision to enroll at RMCAD was the best thing I have every done--so much so that I have convinced my husband to enroll next year after I graduate. The instructors and staff have been nothing but inspiring and uplifting. I have never had such an amazing experience with ANY college--in person or online.
