I have enjoyed the instructors and the people i have met through this college. The courses are also very good as the student to instructor ratio is not overwhelming. I think the overall courses and instructors meets my expectation of a local community college in a rural area.

Prospects for transfer students are better than the ones for those who stay.

Tillamook Bay Community College is a great college to start out with if you're looking for a two year college. The advisors are very friendly, and they emphasize reaching out for any questions or help if it's needed. They have a a good amount of flexibility for courses which is fantastic if you have to work full time like I do.

There is a lot of opportunities here, and a lot of nice people that are willing to help you. Not to mention there is alot of things that you can do, that would be more flexible to you.

Student

Student

My experience here was great. I was awarded a scholarship that gave me a full tuition ride that was two years, allowed me to get my associates degrees. The teachers are great (aside from very few), and I was able to graduate just about on time.

Cost and value

Student

I really liked that I was close to home, I could still stay at home my first year after high school and saved money by having two free years of college because of the Oregon promise grant. I am grateful that throughout high school I could take online college credit classes, and now I am finishing my associate's degree a year early because I had completed a full year while I was in high school. I believe that TBCC offers great success to their students by having smaller class sizes and one on one opportunities.
