Campus and vibes

Current Student

I absolutely love my college. As a second year student, my professors have been wonderful and I've had the best experience as a young adult. The process of being thrown into campus life was so easy for my to adjust because the college forced me as a first year to live on campus in a dorm, take a first-year odyssey class, and mandatory fyo events which showed me a lot of what UGA had to offer early on!

Current Student

I like how there are many fun student events for everyone to participate in. Additionally, there are many resources that students can utilize ranging from career advice to mental health tools.

Everything is very walkable (the longest I've ever had to walk is about a mile), and if you can't walk, then you can take a bus. The dining halls are decent at worst and really good at best, so I suggest getting an unlimited meal plan if you live on campus.
