Student reviews

Professors

Student

I have enjoyed attending Vance-Granville Community College. My professors were all not only very knowledgeable, but also there when I needed additional help and just encouragement to push through. One of the things I like about Vance Granville is the small setting, which makes it a lot easier to be successful because the professors and your peers become more like family.

Student

The professors I had (for the most part) were all pretty over-qualified for a community college, especially my English professor. It is a pretty quiet and relaxed school and is definitely safe. The entire staff is very kind and helpful--they will work with you!

Campus and vibes

Current Student

I have been a dual-enrolled student at Vance-Granville Community College's Warren Campus for 4 years. It is a great community college for getting credits before college. I mostly took easier courses (100 level to 200 level at most), and the classes themselves are fairly easy.
