Student reviews

Professors

Student

I think it is great having such small groups for classes. You really get close with your professors and they have lots of time to spend with you. My professor is great at helping each student and going out of their way, above and beyond!

Student

KVCC's online learning aspect is great. The professors are willing to help make sure everyone succeeds in learning the material. They will go above and beyond to assist in any way they can. They are every understanding.

Student

Great staff and teachers! Everyone is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you succeed. Also every understanding of certain situations and most everyone being working adults. Definitely recommend for those not knowing where to go or needing extra.

Student

I have teachers that are committed to the students and their education. I have people who understand the toughness that can be receiving a college education, plus the faculty is there to help and makes that clear. I am surrounded by students who all are there for an education, not because they feel like they had to go to college.

Campus and vibes

Student

I love the students and staff at KVCC. Many people are shy and reserve, although once you get to know the community you will quickly realize that this college is full of hardworking, passionate, and caring individuals. KVCC is widely diverse for its location of Central Maine and encompasses students fresh from high school, students from out of state, parents, and even many veterans!

Student

KVCC is an extremely underrated school. I went onto KVCC thinking I would just go for the free college, and my whole life goals have changed after becoming a student there. KVCC encourages every student to go above and beyond, and all of the staff work very hard to create an inviting community for their students.

Student

So far I have found so much help in the staff and am so excited to start classes! Laurie is an advisor in the office staff who has helped me so much on any questions I have!
