Student reviews

Campus and vibes

Student

Shorter University offers a close-knit, Christian environment, which many students appreciate for fostering personal connections with professors and peers. The small class sizes enhance academic engagement, allowing for meaningful interactions and individualized support. While the university excels in academics, particularly in nurturing students' faith and personal growth, some reviews highlight deficiencies in facilities and food quality, suggesting that improvements are needed in these areas.

Student

Shorter is an extremely small university; the classes have around 15-25 people. The professors are all amazing, they really care for their students and want to see them succeed. With small classes it is so much easier when trying to get help from your professors when you need it and you build a relationship with your professor. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming especially the staff. The area is beautiful and there are so many restaurants, stores and other things to do around the campus.

Student

My overall experience with Shorter University is great! All the faculty are very helpful with anything you need and the professors really care about student progression and learning!
