The education is good and the teachers are qualified and ready to help. I have gone here one year and I live at my parents house so with scholarships the cost has been good. Personally I think the school does a great job at making everyone feel accepted and there is many clubs and activities for everyone. The school also has a wide variety of majors for students.

About University of Alaska Anchorage

The University of Alaska Anchorage Police Department (UPD) ensures campus safety with jurisdiction over the Anchorage campus and Aviation Technology Complex. UPD officers are certified to enforce criminal laws throughout Alaska and work with the Anchorage Police Department. The university also publishes an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report with crime statistics and safety policies.
